Terms and Conditions

In registering for the AGPN National Forum 2011, delegates and speakers agree to the following:

Privacy
Your contact details are being used to compile a delegate list that will be made available to other delegates; AGPN event organisers; Certain, the company that hosts the on-line registration facility; venues and accommodation providers for the purpose of room bookings (if applicable) and AGPN National Forum options; and parties associated with related events. If you are a speaker, your presentation documents can be loaded to the AGPN website for delegates to view prior to the AGPN National Forum. Any photos that include or feature you can be used to promote the AGPN National Forum 2011.

Disclaimer
At the time of registration AGPN has provided the most recent information available and I accept that the content and/or the delivery of the AGPN National Forum can change beyond their control. AGPN will not take any responsibility for any errors, omissions and changes to the program and content of the AGPN National Forum.

Emergency contact
AGPN has the delegate's consent to contact their emergency contact if necessary.

Cancellations
Notifications of any alterations or cancellations must be sent in writing by post, facsimile or email to Nicole Shepherd, Events Coordinator. A full refund of all fees, less an administration fee of $100 will be paid to any delegate cancelling before Friday 7 October 2011. If fees have not been made prior to cancellation, the $100 administration fee is still applicable and will need to be paid.

After Friday 7 October 2011 refunds for registration cancellations are possible under exceptional circumstances. No accommodation refunds will be granted after Friday 7 October 2011. Cancellations and no shows that have not paid will be required to pay the full registration fee.
If a registered delegate is unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome to attend at no additional cost. Substitute registrations/delegates must be advised in writing to Nicole Shepherd.

Fees and payments
Payment to attend the AGPN National Forum 2011 will need to be made prior to the event starting, unless otherwise agreed with AGPN. A late fee of $90 will be charged to any delegate who has not paid prior to the start of the AGPN National Forum 2011.

It is a requirement of the hotels that you provide a credit card or a cash deposit and photo ID on check in. This is to cover incidentals incurred during your stay and will be required even if you have paid in full before arrival.

Indemnity
Should for any reason outside the control of AGPN, the venue or speakers change, or the event be cancelled, AGPN shall endeavour to reschedule. In this instance I will indemnify and hold AGPN harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses. This agreement is subject to the laws of Australia and in agreement below ensures acceptance of this indemnity.

Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to coming to the event. The policy should include loss of fees through cancellation of your participation or through cancellation of the event itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. AGPN will not take any responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this Agreement for any delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its control including, but not limited to Acts of God, Government restrictions (including the denial or cancellation of any export or other necessary license), wars, insurrections and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected.
